Iran-backed Hezbollah in Lebanon announces that a "new and escalating phase" is beginning in the war against Israel.
The Shia militia's military command states, in a statement, that the world will notice what it means in the "coming days".
The rocket attacks against Israel will continue to "escalate day by day", according to the statement. Hezbollah claims, among other things, that precision-guided drones will be used for the first time.
The message came after Israel announced on Thursday that its forces had killed Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar in Gaza. Sinwar is not mentioned in the statement.
