In its survey, the Swedish Employers' Association (Företagarna) asked small business owners to rate Sweden's largest government agencies based on service and response, e‑services and processing times. The respondents also indicated their trust in the agencies.
The Swedish Companies Registration Office and the Swedish Tax Agency ranked highest, with trust scores of 4.02 and 4.01, respectively. The Swedish Tax Agency received the highest rating for service and treatment at 4.03, followed by the Swedish Companies Registration Office at 3.83.
The Migration Board and the Public Employment Service received the worst ratings, with trust scores of 1.98 and 2.20, respectively. Regarding service and treatment, the Migration Board received a rating of 1.92 and the Public Employment Service 2.73.
