Three people were taken to hospital after two passenger cars collided head-on outside Falkenberg on Wednesday afternoon.

The alarm about the accident came in just after half past three and the road was completely blocked for about an hour before the cars were towed away.

Three people were involved, all of whom were taken to hospital, says Peter Karlborg, duty officer at the rescue service.

None of the people involved are being treated for serious injuries, according to the police. One is being treated for a leg injury and the other two have injuries described as minor.

The accident is being investigated as negligence in traffic and causing bodily harm.
