What: Sweden–Tunisia, Group F.

Where: Monterrey Stadium in Monterrey, Mexico.

When: Monday, kick-off 4:00 a.m., local time in Sweden.

TV/radio: SVT and P4 Radiosporten.

+ A number of new rules are being applied at the World Cup

One is that a throw-in must be taken within five seconds of the player making the attempt to throw. If the player runs out of time, the opponent gets the ball. If the throw-in takes too long according to the referee, a corner kick is awarded to the opponent. The time for substitutions has also been tightened, and more.

+ The heat

Conditions are expected to be difficult in many places, especially at matches in the USA and Mexico. Therefore, three-minute fluid breaks are implemented, one in each half and approximately halfway through each half.

+ Everyone lines up

Also new is that all 26 players in the squad now stand together and sing the national anthem before kick-off.

+ The situation in the Swedish squad

At Saturday's press conference the announcement was that all players are available. Defender Gabriel Gudmundsson, who had been ill, missed two training sessions earlier this week but was back to full speed on Friday.

+ Speculation

Who is starting? Probably Kristoffer Nordfeldt. The central midfield? Probably Jesper Karlström, Yasin Ayari and Benjamin Nygren.

+ Possible Swedish starting eleven

Kristoffer Nordfeldt – Alexander Bernhardsson, Gustaf Lagerbielke, Isak Hien, Victor Nilsson Lindelöf, Gabriel Gudmundsson – Jesper Karlström, Yasin Ayari, Benjamin Nygren – Viktor Gyökeres, Alexander Isak.

+ The opposition

Tunisia won nine out of ten matches in their African World Cup qualifying group and drew one. The remarkable thing was the goal difference: 22–0.

+ Swedish connection

Moutaz Neffati plays for IFK Norrköping in the Superettan. Sebastien Tounekti played for Hammarby until last year.
