Due to the huge interest from potential buyers, Götene Municipality was forced to pause the sale of plots during the summer. Fortunately, Götene Municipality will resume the sale of plots on August 7th, when you can place a bid. - When you buy a plot, you commit to building a permanent residence on the plot within 24 months. If you fail to do so, the plot will revert to the municipality, and you will be fined 100,000 SEK.
- There are additional costs such as building permit fees, connection fees for water and sewage, electricity, and fiber (cost around 170,000 SEK).
- In the event of multiple interested parties, bidding will take place.
- You need to have a Swedish bank account to pay for the plot and complete the purchase.
