Due to the huge interest from potential buyers, Götene Municipality was forced to pause the sale of plots during the summer. Fortunately, Götene Municipality will resume the sale of plots on August 7th, when you can place a bid. Since there has been a huge interest, it is likely that there will be bidding on the plots, which may drive up prices. On August 1st at 09:00, information about which real estate agent will handle the sale will also be released on Götene Municipality's website.
