Food and games don't appeal to the midfielder. However, the opportunity to spend time with family members on Sunday does.
"They mean everything to us and can strengthen us," he says.
Nygren was really depressed after the 1–5 game in Houston.
"What feels most disappointing is that we got off to the start we did. I think we were in the game for a good while after that, but it's a completely different game when you're down 2-0 early on," he says.
We're facing a really good team, but conceding five goals is way too much.
What do you say to everyone who watched at home in Sweden?
We had hoped for a much better result. It's about honing in on what we can do better against Japan. We can't bury our heads in the sand. We still have everything in our own hands.
