Four people have been arrested after the serious accident in Indian Bangalore when eleven people were killed in connection with the celebration of the team Royal Challengers Bangalore's final victory in the cricket league IPL.
At the accident on Wednesday, hundreds of thousands of people had gathered on the streets of Bangalore to praise the team. When the players paraded with the trophy at the Chinnaswamy stadium, the crowd became too large and panic broke out.
In addition to the fatalities, at least thirty people were injured in the crowd.
One of the arrested belongs to Royal Challengers Bangalore's management while the others belong to the organizers of the event. They are now to be detained for two weeks, according to the media company NDTV.
