FIFA has fined Sweden the equivalent of 87,000 kronor after Swedish fans booed during Poland's national anthem before the playoff match at Strawberry Arena on March 31, which secured Sweden's World Cup place.
Sweden accepts the decision of FIFA's disciplinary committee.
"We regret what happened and share FIFA's view that booing our guests' national anthem is disrespectful. We do not want to see such behavior from our audience," SvFF's general secretary Niclas Carlnén said on the association's website.
