Military support from Europe increased by 67%, and financial and humanitarian support increased by 59%. However, total military support from outside sources fell by 13%, while financial and humanitarian support fell by 5%.
Europe is defined as the EU plus Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. Other countries, including Australia and Canada, accounted for a smaller share of the aid.
