Withdraw your Digital Market Act, DMA. This is what the American digital giant Apple is urging in a bitter submission to the EU Commission regarding the data law that the EU has introduced in the hope of clearer and fairer terms on the internet.

Apple believes, among other things, that the DMA has led to Apple users being exposed to greater risks.

The EU Commission, however, rejects the criticism and states that it "absolutely not" intends to repeal the law.

We are not surprised by Apple's lobbying paper. Apple has opposed every little bit of the DMA since it came into force (last spring), says spokesperson Thomas Regnier at a press briefing in Brussels.
