Kallas arrived in Kyiv on Monday morning for "talks on economic and military support, the security of Ukraine's energy sector and to hold Russia accountable for its war crimes".
At a press conference with Foreign Minister Andrij Sybiha, she also talks about more help ahead of winter.
The EU has already mobilized 800 million euros to support Ukraine this winter. We are working to get an additional 100 million (1.1 billion Swedish kronor) for generators, shelters and equipment to protect against the weather, says Kallas according to the Ukrainian news agency Interfax Ukraine.
