At the conference on Ukraine's reconstruction, which is being held for the fourth time, leaders from around the world and over 2,000 companies are participating. The EU Minister says that today's meeting testifies to a great commitment to Ukraine.

The meeting showed that there is still a great consensus to strengthen support for Ukraine, and to continue putting pressure on Russia, says Rosencrantz.

During the conference, the EU announced that it has released 2.3 billion euros to support the reconstruction of Ukraine, and announced a special fund to increase private investments.

The hope is, according to the President of the EU Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, to "kick off" investments in energy, transport, raw materials and industries.

Beside the conference, a video meeting was held with countries in the "coalition of the willing" – about 30 Western countries that have committed to deeper support for Ukraine.

What was new was that the USA participated for the first time, represented by the country's envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg. According to Rosencrantz, it testifies to the USA's commitment to achieving an end to the war.

Europe takes a very large responsibility, but we need American support and commitment. We want them to be involved and put pressure on Russia.

According to Rosencrantz, the EU is able to negotiate another package of sanctions against Russia.

A package of sanctions that we know will pressure the Russian economy.
