According to the verdict, the employee abused his position of power over the teenager who was placed at the home. The man allegedly threatened to kill or harm the teenager and subjected him to sexual acts against his will on several occasions, reports SVT Nyheter Skåne.
The man, who denies the charges, was sentenced to one year and three months in prison and must also pay 130,000 kronor in damages.
