The information on Sunday comes from human rights groups and local leaders documenting crimes against civilians during the ongoing fighting.

Ten people, eight of them children, were killed in a drone strike near the town of Kadam on Saturday. The attack took place in an area controlled by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF). The residents had sought shelter in a refugee camp when they were attacked.

In North Kordofan, 57 people were reported killed on Friday in the town of al-Murra, where the RSF and the Sudanese military are fighting for control.

The civil war is in its fourth year, and, according to independent estimates, around 200,000 Sudanese have been killed and 11 million have been forced to flee.
