A fuel tank, an oil tanker and an administrative building in the important Russian port city of Taganrog have caught fire, Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slusar said, The Kyiv Independent reports.
The city's mayor said that the fires have been extinguished.
Explosions were also heard in the city of Feodosia on the Russian-occupied Crimean Peninsula overnight. According to witnesses, an oil depot caught fire.
