The message on the flyers was written in Swedish, Arabic, Somali and Albanian, according to TV4 Nyheterna.
Stina Isaksson (SD) is group leader in Halland, chairwoman of Hylte and is also running for parliament.
The flyers, which were stopped by the party, have received widespread criticism, including from Social Services Minister Camilla Waltersson Grönwall (M). In Halland, representatives from S and MP are demanding Isaksson's resignation.
"You cannot have a position of trust and at the same time go out and lie and scare people," says Jan Riise (MP) to TV4.
