The Ukrainian was arrested in Italian Brindisi in August. Since then, the legal twists have been many. Already in September, a court in Bologna decided that he would be extradited to Germany, a decision that was later rejected in a higher instance. Now, the same Bologna court orders an extradition again.
The 49-year-old will appeal again, according to his lawyer to AFP.
