"Could U.S. Military Aid Cut to Ukraine Pave the Way for Peace Talks?"

If the reports are true, it can encourage Kyiv to seek peace, says Peskov.

In a quote spread by Moscow media, Peskov also calls for a normalization of relations between the USA and Russia, i.e. that the strict sanctions imposed by Washington during the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine are removed.

In January, President Donald Trump, on the contrary, threatened to tighten the sanctions, but in recent days, there have been reports that the USA wants to entice Russia with concessions.
