China's ambassador to Sweden, Cui Aimin, is called home after four years, reports Expressen.
Why he is leaving Sweden, or that he is doing so, is not something that has been communicated from the embassy. He has, however, been on a farewell audience with the king, confirms the court on its website.
The ambassador has, compared to his predecessor Gui Congyou, been relatively withdrawn and made fewer statements.
