KD leader Ebba Busch is furious with the Moderates. She accuses them of acting badly after she opened up in an interview to letting S leader Magdalena Andersson become prime minister. It is a way of acting that I refuse to submit to.

Several Moderates have reacted with anger since Busch in SvD opened up to let Andersson emerge as prime minister at a deadlock after the election – an interview that has been described as a flirtation with S. Now Busch accuses the Moderates of having acted badly against the Christian Democrats several times during their term. The Moderates have threatened to "go out and destroy our voter base", according to Busch.

"Talking badly about us in background conversations with the media, sending out moderate representatives and so causing division and uncertainty about where KD is. It is a way of acting that I refuse to submit to," she tells several media outlets before a debate in the Riksdag.

You can't act this way. And especially not towards the person who has been the only person you've been able to trust for the past ten years.

Busch says she wants to explain where her line is and that it is “the only way to wrest the gun out of their hands.”

I have highlighted this internally several times before. And that is why I say: Don't take me for granted.

Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) dismisses the criticism and believes that cooperation between the parties works well.

"We don't speak badly about each other in any way," he says.
