The TV channel reports the bus driver's own words about the incident from the police interrogation, where he describes the incident. The driver says that he had worked five days in a row, that he did not feel tired, and that he had let the passengers off to take a break and eat.
"I felt normal," the driver says in the interview.
His next memory is after the crash.
"I don't know what happened, there was a pole in front of me," the driver says, according to TV4.
In early December, the Swedish Accident Investigation Board determined that an illness was behind the accident, and that the driver was not conscious when it occurred.
Three women died and several people were injured in the accident on November 14 when a bus crashed into a bus shelter in Östermalm in Stockholm.
