It swung at least in the fourth semifinal between Skellefteå and Brynäs.

Skellefteå caught up in the second period from 0-2 to 3-2 after a successful power play once again. Then and there, the Västerbottens looked like they could ride the momentum they had gained in the middle period and tie the match series.

It didn't turn out that way.

Instead, the away team regained the lead in the third period and is now one match away from the SM final.

The score was 3-3 just a minute into the third period when Jack Kopacka equalized. It was the American's second goal of the evening, and in the entire playoffs. The 27-year-old has not gotten his goal scoring going after the regular season win. And he's not alone.

Nor has his new linemate, Johan Larsson, scored any goals during the SHL playoffs.

Until now.

The team captain struck when it mattered most in the third period and shot the fourth semifinal to his Brynäs. The 32-year-old rounded the goal cage and flipped in a backhand from close range.

The win means that Brynäs can decide the match series as early as Saturday when the teams meet in Gävle.
