A 12-year-old boy has been killed after a Palestinian man shot at a bus on its way from an Israeli settlement in occupied West Bank to Jerusalem on Wednesday evening.
Three more people were lightly injured. The perpetrator himself went to the police after the attack, reports The Times of Israel.
The violence on the West Bank has increased since the Gaza war broke out last October. About 50 Israelis have been killed since then, according to the newspaper, while around 800 Palestinians have been killed in the area during the same period, according to Palestinian authorities.
