Björklöven and Skellefteå are like cat and dog, but the clubs have not played against each other at the highest level since the fall of 1988.
However, on Saturday it is time for the first of four SHL games this season. The arena in Umeå has a maximum capacity of 5,400 spectators and according to Björklöven's marketing department, tickets sold out in 90 seconds.
We could have easily sold 3,000 more tickets. I even think it could have gone up to 15,000 seats if it had been possible, says Andreas Dunder.
Björklöven was promoted from the Swedish Hockey League this spring and is now playing its first season in the top league since 2000–2001.
