On Friday, he held a speech in connection with a Memorial Day ceremony in Wilmington, Delaware. Afterwards, he told reporters that he had started cancer treatment and that he, among other things, takes medication.
The expectations are that we will get through this, said Biden.
The 82-year-old brought up his son Beau Biden, who died of cancer ten years ago.
