Lucas Bergvall's cold prevents him from playing in Saturday's national team match against Luxembourg.
"Lucas is not available for play on Saturday. He is going to Sweden and recovering, and we are following the development. Possibly, he can rejoin the team before the match against Northern Ireland (on Tuesday)", says the national team's doctor Jonas Werner to the Swedish Football Association's website.
The 19-year-old Tottenham midfielder caught a cold during the camp in Marbella and missed Thursday's training.
Melker Widell, Ålborg, replaces him in the squad.
