Several axe blows have been directed at a apartment door in a residential building in Farsta in southern Stockholm, the police write on their website.
Bangs were heard in connection with the vandalism that occurred shortly after 6 am on Friday morning.
The incident is classified as vandalism and unlawful threats.
There is currently no suspected perpetrator.
