The message comes after a meeting with the British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

Both our nations are very clear about our support for Ukraine, says Anthony Albanese.

At the same time, the Australian emphasizes that it is still too early for any deployment of forces.

You can't have peacekeeping forces without having peace, he says and adds:

I have definitely said very clearly, publicly and repeatedly that we would consider participating in all peacekeeping missions in Ukraine.

Several European countries have previously stated that they would be willing to send peacekeeping forces to Ukraine as a security guarantee.

Australia will send a representative to a defense meeting in Paris on Tuesday to discuss future support for Ukraine, says Albanese.
