The attacks took place early Sunday and were mainly aimed at a residence in the town of Maroub, the country's state news agency NNA reports.
No warning was given before the attack, and Israel has not commented on it, but has repeatedly claimed that it is targeting leaders and infrastructure belonging to the Shiite militia Hezbollah.
Talks between Israel and Lebanon are to be held in the United States on Tuesday.
