At least 12 people have been killed in the towns of Tayr Dibba and Deir Qanun al-Nahr, a hospital source told AFP.
Over 3,600 people have been killed in Israeli attacks in the country since March 2, when Israel escalated its military operations in Lebanon after rocket attacks by the Shiite militia Hezbollah, which in turn was a response to Israel and the United States' war against Iran.
The fighting has continued despite a ceasefire declared in mid-April.
UN human rights chief Volker Türk announced on Wednesday that he will send a team to Lebanon to collect evidence of possible war crimes and violations of international law.
