Cook himself came out on top when he replaced the legendary Steve Jobs in 2011 - but measured by profits, the replacement has done well.
When he becomes chairman of the board on September 1, Apple under Cook's leadership will have delivered the equivalent of just over SEK 9,800 billion in profit, writes Dagens Industri.
When Cook took over in 2011, an iPhone 4S cost around SEK 6,000. Anyone who had bought Apple shares for the same amount at the time would have seen their value increase to SEK 125,000.
The accumulated profit corresponds to 283 times AB Volvo's profit last year, Sweden's largest company by turnover.
