Tate pointed the weapon at the woman's face and said "you'll do as I say, otherwise it'll be hell", according to court documents that British media have accessed.
The descriptions in the court documents are difficult to digest and contain a multitude of detailed descriptions of rape, assault, and other types of physical and psychological violence. One of the four women was told by Tate that he was "debating whether to rape her or not", writes The Guardian. Then he took a chokehold and performed the rape – repeatedly asking her who "owned her".
Another woman was raped while Tate whispered: "Good girl". Yet another was subjected to chokeholds so often that she got marks from all the burst blood vessels around her eyes.
Psychological problems
Another woman claims that Tate continued to have sex with her after she fainted from the chokehold around her neck. When she regained consciousness, she heard Tate claim that he "owned her" and would kill her.
The incidents allegedly took place between 2013 and 2015, when two of the women worked for Tate and two had a relationship with him.
Three of the women reported Tate to the police in 2019, which did not lead to prosecution. Now all four are seeking damages "as a result of assault, battery, and intentional harm". All of them claim to have suffered from long-term psychological problems after the assaults.
Believed to be in Dubai
Tate, who has a large following of mainly young men, has in a written defense dismissed all allegations as "a bunch of lies" and "gross fabrications".
Previously, the 38-year-old and his brother Tristan Tate, 36, were accused in criminal and civil cases in three different countries, including Romania, where they are being investigated for rape, trafficking of minors, money laundering, and human trafficking. Both deny any wrongdoing.
The Tate brothers are believed to be currently located in Dubai, writes The Guardian. Earlier this year, they visited the US state of Florida – shortly after President Donald Trump's administration was reported to have lobbied for the Romanian authorities to ease the brothers' travel restrictions.
