Sis is tasked with creating more places in its homes as a result of a lack of space and increased crime among young people.
At the same time, the Institute for Human Rights has criticized the fact that young people remain in Sis homes after the need for care has ceased.
During the year, Sis will therefore increase the number of discharge-preparation and exit places, project manager Helena Finér tells TT.
This creates better conditions for a gradual, safe and structured transition from placement at Sis to independent living. It strengthens the transition to the next step in the care chain, she says.
