But the Swedes (Fredrik Lindström, Carl-Johan Bergman, Mattias Nilsson and Björn Ferry) will not receive their medals at the ceremony in Antholz on Sunday, where IOC President Kirsty Coventry will participate; they will receive them only at the biathlon competition at Stockholm Stadium on March 2.
"They could not be here for various reasons," Olle Dahlin, chairman of the International Biathlon Union, said to TT.
Ustjugov, who was caught for blood-doping violations, won gold in the mass start and relay at the 2010 Olympics and Olympic gold in the relay in Sochi in 2014.
The Swedish World Championship relay team at Khanty-Mansiysk 2011 received their bronze medals retroactively in Östersund last fall.
