A 16-year-old boy is being prosecuted for gross weapons offense and gross unlawful threats following an incident at a high school in Limhamn, Malmö on March 6, writes Sydsvenskan.
According to the indictment, the boy brought a pistol to school, with which he allegedly threatened two girls. He also brought a magazine and a bullet, but it did not fit because it was of a different caliber.
For one of the girls, the 16-year-old allegedly showed off the pistol and said he "would press the weapon into her mouth so that she would scream". The other girl allegedly had the pistol pressed against her back.
The boy also allegedly showed off the pistol to other students, which led to the police being alerted. In a major operation where the special response unit participated, initially six people were arrested, but all except the now accused 16-year-old were subsequently cleared.
The boy denies the crime.
