At least 14 people have been killed and several injured when a hunger-stricken refugee camp was attacked by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan on Wednesday.
According to aid workers on site, the camp was subjected to "heavy artillery fire".
The same camp was attacked earlier for a similar attack, also then 14 people were killed. As recently as on Tuesday, at least five people were killed in another attack when a UN convoy was attacked.
The civil war in Sudan is between the country's army and the militia force RSF, which previously shared power in the country. The war has, among other things, by the UN, been described as the currently worst humanitarian crisis in the world. Tens of thousands of people have been killed and 13 million displaced from their homes in the regular army's battles against the RSF.
