The Nest occupies the top floor of the Downtown Camper hotel at Brunkebergstorg 9. Its facilities include an outdoor rooftop pool, sauna, experience showers, gym and relaxation room. Visit Stockholm also lists yoga and other fitness activities, plus a bar serving cocktails and mocktails. The hotel says its menu includes cocktails and that guests can take part in DIY skincare treatments, guided by staff but carried out by the visitor.

Entry is for people aged 16 and over, and booking ahead is required even for hotel guests. The booking includes access to the wellness area, pool, showers, gym and relaxation room, with a robe, towel and slippers provided to borrow. Hotel guests at Downtown Camper get a discount.

Monday to Thursday, sessions cost SEK 445 (about $42.0, or £33.4) per person. Slots run 12:15–14:30, 15:00–17:15 and 17:45–20:00. Friday and Saturday sessions cost SEK 595 (about $56.2, or £44.7), with slots from 09:30 to 22:30. Sunday has the same price, with slots from 09:30 to 20:00. Each listed session lasts 2 hours 15 minutes. In October and November, two people can visit for the price of one during the first Monday-to-Thursday slot, 12:15–14:30.

The Nest encourages a mobile-free visit: phone calls are not allowed, but taking a photo is permitted. The venue describes the space as intended for adults to meet and recharge.
