SWING by Golfbaren is an indoor mini-golf venue in Vasastan, Stockholm. Its 1930s theme sets the scene for a game visitors can play regardless of the weather. Visit Stockholm says the venue has its own restaurant and bar, where guests can combine a round with dinner, drinks or snacks at the Back Alley Bar.
Mini golf is the main activity: players make their way from the first tee to the last putt. Golfbaren describes its format as a mix of themed surroundings, music, food and drinks, alongside competition and precision. The venue says newcomers and people who have played before can take part on equal terms, so a round can suit groups with different levels of experience.
SWING’s founder, Hans Olofsson, is a multiple world champion in mini-golf. He says formal attire and high heels are fine for playing, though he suggests taking off the heels if you plan to challenge him. Golfbaren describes miniature golf as a social activity that brings together competition, laughter and entertainment.
