Paraden is in a former cinema that opened in 1932. The restaurant keeps the cinema’s history in view, with a bar, dining room, balcony seating and an open kitchen across a multi-level space. Visit Stockholm describes the menu as small plates inspired by Southern Europe, with local beer and dishes intended for sharing.

The restaurant serves lunch, brunch and dinner. Its bar offers cocktails and is also a place to come for an after-work drink or a meal. A small disco and lounge area, the Boogie Room, sits half a flight of stairs below the bar. For groups, a private dining room can seat up to 12; guests can order from the menu without pre-ordering food. Paraden says it aims to offer an affordable experience, but gives no menu prices here.

The restaurant says it has about 40 bookable seats across two dining rooms, while the bar is kept for walk-ins. It is open Monday and Tuesday from 11:30 to 22:00, Wednesday and Thursday until 23:00, Friday from 11:30 until late, Saturday from noon until late, and Sunday from noon to 21:00. Dogs are welcome, but the restaurant asks guests to let it know in advance.
