Nya Carnegiebryggeriet combines a brewery and restaurant in Lumahuset, a former lightbulb factory in Hammarby Sjöstad. The brewery offers a behind-the-scenes tour, with an introduction to brewing beside the fermentation tanks, a chance to smell malt and hops, and a tasting of four selected beers.

The restaurant serves lunch Tuesday to Friday, 11:00-14:00, with a new menu each week. Its listed hours are Tuesday 11:00-22:00, Wednesday and Thursday 11:00-23:00, Friday 11:00-midnight and Saturday 13:00-midnight.
