Klädverket sells selected second-hand clothing for women, men and young people, along with shoes, bags, jewellery, accessories and home textiles and décor. The shop describes its range as modern, with retro influences; Visit Stockholm says the home décor selection is growing.

The shop sets prices, usually around 50–70% below the new price, depending on condition, how current an item is and its resale value. There is no single price for a visit or for the stock. Items are generally offered for sale for about three months, and the shop brings them in at the appropriate time of year. Some pieces may be marked down if they remain unsold or become out of season.

Klädverket also takes items from people who want to sell on commission, but drop-offs must be booked through its online form. It accepts good-condition clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and accessories, with limits on the number of garments, shoes and accessories in each drop-off. The shop selects items at the appointment and prioritises recent styles, timeless classics and some retro pieces. It does not take bridal gowns, and accepts ball gowns only from February to April. Sellers receive 30–40% of the selling price as items sell. A sales receipt with prices is emailed one to four weeks after drop-off, depending on demand for appointments.

Good to know

If you want to consign items, book a drop-off through the shop’s online form; it does not accept unbooked consignments.
