Fosch Artisan Pâtisserie is a bakery and café on Östermalm, where French pastry techniques meet Swedish ingredients. The business has two Stockholm locations, on Löjtnantsgatan and Birger Jarlsgatan; this listing is for the Löjtnantsgatan branch.

Fosch says it serves freshly baked bread, croissants, pastries, cakes, breakfast and lunch. Its ingredients include Swedish fruit and berries when in season, organic flour and other carefully selected ingredients. Visit Stockholm also lists petit choux and macarons among the pastries, and says the bakery grows some of its ingredients itself.

Pastry chef Damien Foschiatti, classically trained in France, created Fosch with Malin Eklund. The café is an option for fika, the Swedish coffee-and-something-to-eat break, as well as breakfast or lunch; Fosch also makes cakes for special occasions. The website says Foschiatti has worked in pastry shops, restaurants and bakeries in several parts of the world. It does not give prices or opening hours.
