Guests move through the kitchen and dining room, finishing in what Etoile calls its “sweet lounge.” The restaurant says the team helps guests get to know the chefs during the evening. It describes the setting as home-like and unpretentious. Etoile says the evening is built around emotions, flavours and inspiration, with the chefs shaping both the menu and the scenario. The format combines the 20 courses with movement between spaces, so allow the full four hours rather than planning a quick meal.

Visit Stockholm says Etoile received its first Michelin star in 2020, with the award coming in February. Dinner is listed Tuesday to Saturday, so Monday is not one of the published dinner days.
