Eriksdalsbadet is Sweden’s national arena for swimming sports. The venue says it hosts competitions in swimming, diving and water polo. It has recreational pools, a gym and an aqua park with waterslides; its outdoor pools are popular with families and recreational swimmers in summer.

The venue lists bath and gym hours as 06:00–21:00 Monday to Thursday, 06:00–20:00 Friday, 08:00–18:00 Saturday and 08:00–20:00 Sunday. Holiday schedules can differ. The city advises checking the operating-status page before visiting. The listed hours do not give separate opening times for the aqua park.

Some pools and other parts of the complex close to the public during competitions. The venue’s listed dates include water polo on 14–15 November, an under-18 Nordic water polo championship on 21–22 November and regional youth swimming on 28–29 November. It says schedules can change. School and group visits must be booked by email. On weekdays from 08:30 to 15:00, five lanes in the 25-metre pool can be booked.
