Bryggan is closed for the season this week. Its website says it will see visitors again next summer, so boat rentals and meals are not a current option.

When open, the venue is beside the water near Djurgårdsbron. Visit Stockholm lists kayaks, canoes, rowboats and pedal boats for hire, and says lunch and dinner are served. Bryggan’s own site offers kayak, canoe and pedal-boat rentals, describing them as ways to explore Djurgården by water. The listings differ on rowboats: Visit Stockholm includes them, while Bryggan’s own description does not.

The food menu is described as Swedish classics with a modern twist. Examples include toast Skagen, meatballs, fish and chips, homemade pizzas and roe-topped pizza. The venue also describes its setting for meals beside the water.

For groups of 20 or more, Bryggan says activities such as kayaking, pedal boating or cycling around Djurgården can be booked, with food and drink at the venue as an option. It also offers event spaces for groups, including its pier and Båtbaren.
