Lyran Matbar is a restaurant in Malmö’s Möllan district, which Visit Sweden describes as an urban guesthouse. The restaurant says its menu follows the seasons and the ingredients delivered each day. Visit Sweden says farmers, fishers, gatherers, hunters, retailers and cheesemakers contribute ingredients, alongside brewers, winemakers and cider makers from near and farther away. The food and drinks are created around what is available that day.

For November, Lyran lists Tuesday-to-Saturday booking times at both Matbaren and Matsalen: 17:00, 17:30, 20:00 and 20:30. The restaurant says bookings for December open in early November. Its wine list is available through Star Wine List, linked from Lyran’s website. The restaurant is cash-free.
