Urshult Camping is on the shore of Lake Åsnen, among the apple orchards and strawberry fields around Urshult. It has pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents, as well as 12 detached camping cabins, each with a lake view. Electricity is included at all pitches. Some parts of the grounds are uneven.
Activities listed by the campsite include fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing, cycling on the Åsnen trails and playing pétanque or boules. Visit Sweden describes a cycle ride to Åsnen National Park as a day trip. Its suggested route passes Amy’s little self-service farm shop, which sells homemade cakes, buns, sandwiches and jam.
Urshult village is within walking distance, with food shops and restaurants. The campsite says it is closed for the season and that booking reopens on 1 December. Its 2026 booking information says guests pay online and receive a confirmation email with practical information, including service-building codes and the Wi-Fi password. On arrival, guests go directly to their booked pitch or cabin; an information board is by the entrance.
