Skåne–Smålands Jernvägsförening (SSJF) looks after railway heritage from the 19th and 20th centuries. The association maintains track and railway crossings, and its website invites visitors to come and look on Tuesdays at 9am, when volunteers work on track maintenance. It says coffee is ready.

The association’s 2026 anniversary programme gives an idea of what visitors may find on an event day: historic railbuses, locomotives and coaches, an open museum collection, and access to workshops and engine sheds. Guides were available, and visitors could watch demonstrations. A steam locomotive and a diesel locomotive were among the vehicles on display. The programme also included food and coffee at the station.

That anniversary event took place on June 13, 2026. Its day ticket cost 100 kronor (about US$9.60) for unlimited travel that day; children under 15 travelled free with an adult. The listed railbus runs on September 12 and 26 have also passed.
