Hotell Linnéa is a small hotel in central Ljungby. Its ground floor has six single rooms and four double rooms, all with private bathrooms, cable TV, desks and free Wi-Fi. On the upper floor are eight rooms for one to four guests. Each has a sink, while guests share the toilets and showers on that floor. A breakfast buffet is included in the room price. The hotel describes its accommodation as affordable.

Guests can use a simple kitchen, a guest computer and a courtyard with a playground. Coffee, tea and water are available around the clock, and parking in the surrounding neighbourhood is free. Restaurants, shops and museums are within walking distance. Staff are normally on site in the morning; at other times, the hotel says guests can reach them by phone.

From Alvesta railway station or Växjö, take a bus to the hospital stop, Lasarettet; the hotel is about 150 metres farther along the bus’s direction of travel. Buses from other towns stop at Ljungby bus station. From there, walk through the small park to Storgatan, head uphill towards the church, then turn right.
