Älmhults Golfklubb is an 18-hole golf facility on Äskya, just outside Älmhult and near the northern entrance to town from road 23. The club describes its course as a park-and-woodland layout adapted to the typical agricultural landscape of Småland. It says the club was founded in 1975.

Visitors can book a tee time and play the course. A driving range, practice areas and a Trackman simulator offer places to practise; the club’s homepage currently says play is from winter tees. The facility also has a café and shop. The club lists hotel and golf packages, and Visit Sweden says there are parking spaces for motorhomes.

The club’s website lists opening hours as Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 12:00; Friday depends on the weather, while Saturday and Sunday are listed as closed. These are the published hours, not a promise that the golf course itself is open for play at those times.
